Privacy Policy — The Resilience Ledger

The Resilience Ledger (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a single-player, offline financial strategy game. We designed it to need as little of your information as possible. This policy explains what is and isn’t handled when you use the app.

The short version

• No account. You don’t sign up or log in to play.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. We don’t use third-party analytics or ad SDKs, and we don’t track you across apps or websites.
• Gameplay is local and offline. Your game progress and your full-game unlock status are stored only on your device.
• We collect nothing. The one-time purchase is handled entirely by Apple; the app does not send any of your information to us or to any third-party service (see below).

In-app purchases

The app offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full game.

• Payment and the unlock are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (Apple’s StoreKit). We never see or store your payment-card details, and the app does not send your purchase information to us or to any third-party service. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Your unlock is remembered on your device. The “Restore Purchase” button simply asks Apple’s App Store to re-confirm purchases tied to your Apple ID — no account or data of ours is involved.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, or any other personal information.

Children’s privacy

The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we don’t collect personal information from anyone, there is nothing for a child user to disclose to us.

Data retention and your choices

• Your local game data and unlock flag remain on your device until you delete the app.
• Purchase records held by Apple are retained per Apple’s policies. You can restore your purchase at any time with the “Restore Purchase” button in the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at the same URL.
